The booking is from Saturday to Saturday, when you can arrive after 4:00pm
on the start of your holiday and leave by 11:00am on the last day.
The house will be cleaned through prior to your arrival and you agree
to leave the property in a similar condition. You also agree to keep the
property and all the fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents
in the state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday
let and will make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during
the period of the holiday let.
You cannot allow more than six people and a child or small person to stay
in the property, nor can you take your pet into the property unless you
have booked this. If you take a pet with you, it is not allowed on beds
or chairs. It should not be left unattended in the property, and dogs
should be exercised on a lead.
You must be 18 years or over when you book your holiday and the key holder
is entitled to refuse to hand over to you or reprocess the accommodation
if they reasonably believe that any damage is likely to be caused by you
or your party. The owner and key holder have right of access to the property
at any reasonable time of the holiday period it is felt there are reasons
for this access.
If you have to cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit if we are
informed within eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday. After
that date you will lose the complete cost of the holiday unless we can
rebook the house for that week. You are strongly advised to arrange insurance
cover for your own protection.
The house and contents are insured but not the personal property of the
holiday tenants. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal
property. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage or loss
of such property.
The owner will not be liable for charges, cancellations or any other effort
upon your holiday which is due to any event beyond his control. If for
instance, the house was rendered uninhabitable by events. In such circumstances
all booking monies will be refunded but no compensation will be payable.
